REVEALED:
How To Sustain A Regular Practice Of Mindfulness…Even If You Have Limited Time Due To The Pressure To Prioritise Work Over Everything Else...

THE HIDDEN WEIGHT OF HOLDING IT ALL TOGETHER...

You’re doing everything right...

You show up to work, meet deadlines, support your team, and carry your responsibilities at home.

On the surface, it looks like you’re holding it all together.

But inside, something feels off.

You’re tired, not just physically, but in a way that rest doesn’t seem to fix.

You might wake up already anxious before the day even begins,
and find that even when the day is done,
your mind doesn’t always switch off
,
leaving you too wired to actually relax.

You go through the motions...but deep down you’re thinking...

“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

- PAUSE -

So how did this happen?

It often starts with the usual pressures...

  • Deadlines
  • Inbox overload
  • Back-to-back meetings
Then it builds...

You’re juggling competing priorities,
managing shifting timelines,
and trying to keep pace with multiple streams of work...

Often without a break
.

You're spinning too many plates at once, doing the work of two people,
while still holding space for your team.

That to-do list grows faster than you can clear it,
and it leaves you quietly wondering...

“How do I juggle it all?”

You’ve been running on autopilot for so long, it starts to feel normal.

But just because you’ve learned to cope doesn’t mean you should have to.

And you’re not the only one....

Nearly 80% of professionals feel work-related stress each month, and approximately 60% battle burnout symptoms including exhaustion, loss of focus and slipping motivation as constant work pressure takes its toll.
(Based on findings from the APA’s 2023 Work in America™ Survey)1...
So this isn’t just your experience, it’s something much more widespread.

Yet most people continue in silence, functioning on the outside while feeling depleted within...

THE HIDDEN COST OF CHRONIC STRESS...

At first, it feels manageable.

You tell yourself it’s just a busy week, a high-pressure month, a demanding season...

You come home tired,
maybe you skipped the gym,
you scroll to decompress,
and realise you zone out more than you used to.

You tell yourself things will calm down soon, but they don’t...

Instead, the pressure starts to bleed into everything else.

You lose interest in the things that once lit you up and you find yourself snapping more often...

And you find that even when you’re supposed to be relaxing, your body stays braced for impact.

Focus fades
.

Small things feel heavier than they should.

And even when you're sleeping, you're not actually sleeping...

You try to push through but the more you push,
the more disconnected you feel from your own energy,
the people you care about and the version of yourself you used to recognise.

So you look for solutions
...

You try meditation apps and breathing techniques, maybe even commit to a better morning routine.

Your workplace offers a digital detox challenge, a resilience webinar, or a subscription to Headspace or Calm apps.

There are employee pods, stress toolkits, wellness days, or access to counselling services - all well-meaning, but too light-touch to shift what’s happening beneath the surface.

And why?

Because when your nervous system is already running on high alert, even calm feels hard to reach.

And over time, the impact runs deeper than you might think.

In fact, chronic stress can shrink areas of the brain responsible for memory, decision-making, and emotional regulation. [Harvard Health, 2023.]

But the good news is, even small shifts can start to reverse the impact...
But before those shifts can happen, there’s something you need to know...

This feeling of holding it all together on the outside while feeling depleted within isn’t just yours...

It’s far more widespread than most people realise.

Yet many continue in silence, functioning on the surface while feeling frayed underneath. If that feels familiar, you’re not broken, you’re just carrying more than most.

And the answer isn’t to push harder.

It’s to find a better way to return to yourself...

A steadier rhythm. A clearer mind. And a calm that begins from within.

FIND YOUR CALM IN THE CHAOS

And make life work for you...

KICK START YOUR MINDFULNESS ROUTINE

AND MAKE LIFE WORK FOR YOU

THERE'S A SIMPLER WAY TO RETURN TO CALM...

You don’t need more advice.

You don’t need another app, podcast, or Sunday reset checklist.

You need a rhythm...

Not a routine to perfect, and not another programme that adds pressure.

But something steady. Something you can return to especially when the pressure rises.

Something simple, grounding, and supportive that helps you meet the day with presence, not pressure.

This is where meaningful change begins...

Not by escaping your life, but by learning how to stay anchored within it,
gently and consistently, no matter what the day holds.

Imagine being able to:
  • Wake up without that feeling of “free-floating anxiety” before work

  • Focus through back-to-back meetings  without even a 15-minute break

  • Be “less reactive and more composed” when the pressure builds

  • Turn off work in your mind when you get home

  • Sleep without waking up at night, thinking about deadlines and everything you need to do tomorrow
You don’t need more time.

You need a new way of relating to the time you already have.

And that doesn’t require hours of meditation but just a few grounded minutes a day.

In fact, a 2022 study referenced by the University of Bath found that even 10 minutes of daily mindfulness can reduce anxiety, ease symptoms of depression, and improve how people manage stress2.
Even 10 minutes of daily mindfulness can reduce anxiety, ease symptoms of depression, and improve how people manage stress.
University of Bath (2022)
This is not about stillness for the sake of it.

It’s about knowing how to find calm, even when things aren’t calm around you.

And that’s exactly what our Calm in the Chaos Programme is designed to help you do.

Before we dive into the nature and structure of the programme, it helps to understand what’s really driving how you feel and why a traditional approach often falls short...

WHAT'S REALLY DRIVING HOW YOU FEEL?

When you’re living in high-pressure mode, your internal state quietly shifts.

Not all at once but gradually...

From CLARITY to CONFUSION.
From CALM to OVERWHELM.
From CONNECTION to DISCONNECTION.

This shift is mapped in a concept known as the Emotional Guidance Scale, a spectrum of emotional states ranging from:

High-vibrational states
like joy, appreciation and empowerment, to
Low-vibrational states like despair, guilt, and overwhelm.

Originally developed by Abraham Hicks, this scale is used in coaching and mindfulness to help people understand and move gently up the emotional ladder, not by faking positivity, but by making real shifts in how they feel, respond, and show up.

We can see how the scale looks below
and the transition between the high and low vibrational states...

The Emotional Guidance Scale

By ABRAHAM hicks

  • High Vibration Emotions
  • 01 Joy | Love | Freedom
  • 02 Passion
  • 03 Happiness
  • 04 Enthusiasm
  • 05 Optimism
  • 06 Hopefulness
  • 07 Contentment
  • 08 Boredom
  • 09 Pessimism
  • 10 Frustration
  • 11 Overwhelm
  • 12 Disappointment
  • 13 Doubt
  • 14 Worry
  • 15 Blame
  • 16 Discouragement
  • 17 Anger
  • 18 Revenge
  • 19 Hatred

  • 21 Guilt
  • 22 Unworthiness
  • 23 Despair
  • Low Vibration Emotions
It’s not about forcing joy or pretending everything’s okay...

It’s about learning to move gradually from anxious to grounded, reactive to present and disconnected to clear.

And that’s exactly what the 8 States to Innercalm help you do.

These are not moods or mindsets. They’re steady inner anchors you can return to, especially when life feels like it's too much.

You’ve likely touched both ends of that scale, sometimes in the same day.

The goal isn’t to chase positivity. It’s to gently return to a state where calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness are available again.

That’s exactly what the 8 States to Innercalm are designed to help you do...
and they become easier to access, day by day, as you practise them.

FIND YOUR CALM IN THE CHAOS

And build a daily rhythm that holds, even on your busiest days...

AND MAKE LIFE WORK FOR YOU

A RHYTHM THAT HOLDS...EVEN ON TOUGH DAYS...

Is it really possible to feel better even in the middle of it all?

The answer is Yes...and you don’t need to escape your life to do it

You just need the right tools to meet it differently.

Calm in the Chaos is a 4-week mindfulness programme designed specifically for professionals who want to manage stress without overhauling their entire routine.

It’s for people who are functioning on the outside, but feeling frayed within.

For those who want to feel clearer, calmer, more present without needing to meditate for an hour a day or go off-grid to do it.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:
- Create small moments of calm that fit into your existing day
- Regulate your nervous system, even during high-pressure situations
- Build emotional steadiness and mental clarity that actually lasts

You won’t need hours of free time or a spiritual background.

You won’t need to go on a retreat for a week, only to return to the same overwhelm you left behind.

Just a willingness to try something grounded, gentle,
and built for your world, not someone else’s.

Because Calm in the Chaos wasn’t created for monks or wellness influencers.

It was made for professionals like you...people with deadlines, responsibilities, and a full life to return to.

And it works — not because it adds more to your plate,
but because it transforms the state you’re operating from.

So how does this rhythm become lasting change?

It’s built on a powerful yet simple framework — The 8 States to Innercalm -grounded, repeatable inner states that gently shift your baseline from reactive to resilient.

These aren’t fluffy affirmations or motivational ideas...

They’re practical states of being that help you anchor yourself in the middle of real-life demands — meetings, deadlines, team pressure, family responsibilities.
These aren’t fluffy affirmations or motivational ideas...

They’re practical tools that help you live and lead from a higher emotional frequency.

And once you start living from these states, the shift becomes natural.

You stop reacting from stress, and start responding from calm.

So, what are these 8 States to Innercalm and how do they actually help?

Let’s take a closer look next...

INTRODUCING THE 8 STATES TO INNERCALM

This programme doesn’t just teach techniques, it introduces you to a new way of being.

Each week, you’ll focus on two core states of inner mastery and together, they help you respond to life with steadiness, instead of spiralling with stress.

These 8 States are not just concepts to remember, they’re habits to live.
And that’s exactly what this programme helps you do.

Each day is designed to guide you simply, gently, into one of these states, so you can begin to recognise it, feel it, and return to it more easily over time.

So instead of reacting from stress, you start responding from calm.
Here’s a glimpse of each state and how it supports your return to calm.

01

GRATITUDE

Root your day in perspective, not pressure.

Gratitude shifts your focus from what’s missing to what’s already here. It helps you meet challenges with a grounded heart and clearer mind.

02

SURRENDER

Let go of what you can’t control and feel the weight lift.

Surrender isn’t giving up, it’s releasing the fight against what you can’t change. It creates space for trust, not tension or fear.

03

SELF-CONTROL

Respond instead of react especially when things get intense.

Self-control means choosing how you show up under pressure. It’s the pause that helps you stay steady in the storm.

04

PATIENCE

Slow your inner pace even when life moves fast.

Patience helps you breathe through the in-between moments. You stop rushing outcomes and start trusting the process instead.

05

EMPATHY

Stay soft with others without losing yourself.

Empathy helps you connect and lead with clarity. It lets you care for others while still honouring your own boundaries and energy.

06

LETTING GO

Release the tension of old stories.

Letting go isn’t forgetting, it’s choosing peace over resentment. You make space for healing and forward movement.

07

SELF -
AWARENESS

Understand what’s running beneath the surface.

Self-awareness helps you catch your patterns before they take over. It’s the foundation for real, grounded, and lasting change.

08

ONENESS

Feel connected to something more than your inbox.

Oneness reminds you that you’re more than tasks and roles. It gently brings you back to what really matters most in life.

These are the emotional foundations. Now let’s look at how they come to life inside the programme...

INTRODUCING

CALM IN THE CHAOS

The 4-week mindfulness programme helping busy professionals
manage stress, feel more in control, and get their energy back.

HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS

A steady rhythm to help you feel more grounded, focused, and in control...no matter how full life feels.
  • The Weekly Structure
This is a 4-week online experience designed to fit into your life, not compete with it.

Each week, you’ll explore two of the 8 States to Innercalm through small, manageable practices that help you shift from stress to steadiness with tools you can use right away.

Here’s how the journey unfolds:
  • Week 1: Gratitude and Surrender
  • Week 2: Self-Control and Patience
  • Week 3: Empathy and Letting Go
  • Week 4: Self-Awareness and Oneness
  • The Daily Structure

Each day includes three gentle touchpoints — morning, daytime, and evening sessions designed to help you learn, apply, and reflect on your daily experiences.

SESSION 1

MORNING

SESSION 2

DAYTIME

SESSION 3

EVENING

All 3 SESSIONS are GUIDED so that you can work through the programme with ease.

These sessions are broken down into 7 EASY Steps [See Below]

(It’s literally like having your very own personal mindfulness coach by your side, guiding you through your day)
.

You’ll move through the content in a steady rhythm to...

  • Ground yourself in the morning...
  • Live mindfully through the day...
  • Reflect your experiences in the evening...

There’s a gentle structure to support steady progress. Let's breakdown each of the three sessions...

Session 1:

THE DAILY
DISCOVERY

Duration:

20 mins

SESSION 1 | THE DAILY DISCOVERY

Start your morning with clarity and intention with a 20-minute session, known as The Daily Discovery.

This grounding morning routine has three steps:

STEP 1 | Gratitude Practice
A powerful Gratitude Exercise to begin the session with.
STEP 2 | Daily Wisdom Lesson
A short, succinct and engaging Daily Wisdom Lesson (2-10 minute duration) that concludes with an actionable task, The Daily Directive (this forms the core of Session 2 next).
STEP 3 | Guided Meditation
A 10-minute guided meditation to set the tone for your day. It's a powerful way to conclude the morning routine, centre yourself and set a positive intention for the day ahead.

Session 2:

THE DAILY DIRECTIVE

Duration:
12+ hours

SESSION 2 - DAILY DIRECTIVE

Apply what you’ve learned with a simple directive to carry into your workday.

STEP 4 | The Daily Directive
Every lesson in SESSION 1 is paired with an tangible action point, The Daily Directive, ensuring that you're not just learning but integrating these teachings into your daily life.

APPLY the daily lessons learned during the day (12+ hours) by engaging in self-reflection, and incorporating mindfulness into your interactions in both professional and personal settings.

By actively engaging with the Daily Directive, you will see how mindfulness principles can be woven into the fabric of your daily life, transforming theoretical concepts into practical actions.

Session 3:

THE DAILY REFLECTION

Duration:
25 mins

SESSION 3 - DAILY REFLECTION

Wind down with a gentle 25-minute reflection session to help you process the day and reset your mind.

STEP 5 | Gratitude Practice
A powerful Gratitude exercise to begin the session with.
STEP 6 | Reflective Journalling
Journal your experiences, insights, and realisations gained from applying the Daily Directive during the day, building a tangible track of your progress.

This reflection time allows you to reinforce your learning and gain deeper self-awareness.
STEP 7 | Guided Meditation
Wind down and end your day in serenity with a 10-minute guided meditation.

(Pro Tip: If you find that you can't sleep properly due to the stress and anxiety of leading a fast-paced lifestyle, having a nightly wind-down routine (which includes meditation) will help in the long run.)

WHY THIS ROUTINE STICKS

These practices weren’t designed to compete with your day, they’re built to work within it. Simple, structured, and sustainable.
  • The Innercalm Framework at a Glance

Explore all 8 States to Innercalm, each one paired with real-life tools to support steady, lasting change.

  • Morning Lessons Made Easy

Start your day with a short, powerful session that includes a gratitude practice, a daily lesson, and a guided meditation. Designed to fit even the busiest schedule without losing impact.

  • One Daily Directive to Ground You

You’ll receive one clear, focused Daily Directive from your morning session — a simple intention to carry with you throughout the day.

It helps you apply mindfulness in real time, even during a fast-paced workday.

  • Evening Reflection, Simplified

Wind down with a gratitude exercise, structured journalling session and guided meditation to help you process the day and reconnect with yourself.

No pressure, just a moment to reflect and reset.

  • Built for Real Life

The entire programme is online and fully self-paced.

You’ll have 24/7 access, wherever you are, and lifetime access to revisit it whenever you need a reset. The more often you return, the deeper the impact and we advise a cycled approach to continuously internalise the learnings and application.

IS THIS PROGRAMME A FIT FOR YOU?

You don’t need to tick every box. If even one feels true, this may be exactly what you’ve been needing. And if most of the 'not for you' signs fit, that’s okay too, it’s important to meet yourself where you are.

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…

  • You’re a high performer who’s quietly burning out...
  • You feel stuck in autopilot and always mentally switched on...
  • You’re irritable or withdrawn and don’t like how you’re showing up...
  • You’ve tried journalling, mindfulness apps, coaching, even workplace wellbeing initiatives but nothing stuck...
  • You want practical tools that actually work in high-pressure environments...
  • You’re ready to feel calm, focused, and more like yourself again...

IT MIGHT NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF...

  • You’re not looking to address stress at the Fundamental root and you’d rather just push through...
  • You don’t feel that burnout or emotional overwhelm are worth working on right now...
  • You want a quick fix, not a deeper shift...
  • You’re not looking to reconnect with your sense of purpose or direction right now...
  • You’re closed off to mindfulness, reflection, habit change or personal growth...
  • You prefer passive inspiration over practical, real-life application...

And build a daily rhythm that holds, even on your busiest days...

KICK START YOUR MINDFULNESS ROUTINE

AND MAKE LIFE WORK FOR YOU

WHY MOST TOOLS FAIL UNDER PRESSURE...

You’ve probably tried a few of these.

Most professionals have.

They’re well-intentioned, but they often don’t hold up when the pressure rises.

Here’s what that looks like in real life and why it doesn’t always stick...
  • 🏢 WORKPLACE INITIATIVES

Think:
Employee pods, quiet rooms, webinars and workshops, digital detox days, meditation sessions etc...

Why they can fall short: They offer short-term relief, but not the internal tools to stay grounded when pressure returns.

Most focus on external actions like a break or a quiet room rather than building habits you can use in real situations. Without structure or daily application, the calm fades fast, and stress shows up just like before.
  • 🧘‍♂️ MINDFULNESS APPS

Think:
Popular mindfulness apps with daily meditations and calming audio.

Why they can fall short:
Great for building awareness, but often too general for professionals navigating real pressure in real time.

Without a structure that teaches how to apply calm when things are intense, it can feel like a passive experience rather than an active shift.
  • 🎧 PODCASTS & YOUTUBE VIDEOS

Think:
Inspiring podcasts, self-awareness videos, or reflective talks on mindfulness and resilience

Why they can fall short:
Insightful but passive. There can be a lack of clear structure, habit-building, and means to integrate the ideas into your day.

You listen. You nod. You feel seen. But without a way to act on it, not much changes.
  • 🧠COACHING & THERAPY

Think:
CBT, performance coaching, private therapy, 1-to-1 mindfulness or meditation coaching

Why they can fall short: Highly valuable, but it can be expensive, time-intensive, and not always easy to apply in the middle of your workday.

The insights are useful but without simple, self-led tools you can access under pressure, the benefits often stay in the session rather than showing up in the moment you need them.
  • 📚 SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING

Think:
Books, online courses, mindfulness frameworks

Why they can fall short: Great in theory, but often lacks rhythm, real-life guidance, or accountability.

You are left to figure out what to do, when to do it, and how to make it stick.
  • 🌿 WELLNESS & MINDFULNESS RETREATS

Think:
One-day workshops, long weekend retreats, or week-long getaways, sometimes abroad, designed to help you unplug and reset.

Why they can fall short: They offer calm in a controlled environment, but rarely give you the tools to sustain that calm when real life resumes.

The setting helps you feel better in the moment but without strategies for handling pressure back at work, the impact often fades by Monday.

WHY THIS WORKS WHEN EVERYTHING ELSE HASN'T...

Calm in the Chaos wasn’t designed in a bubble.

It’s grounded in timeless mindfulness principles, structured around the 8 States to Innercalm, each paired with three practical tools you can apply in real life.

It was built through real conversations with professionals like you, people balancing deadlines, inboxes, families, and inner pressure that others don't always see.

Here’s what makes it different:
  • It works inside your day...not outside it
You won’t need to carve out an hour or escape to a retreat. This programme integrates into the day you already have.
  • It addresses the root, not just the symptoms
You won’t just learn how to breathe through stress, you’ll learn how to stop generating it.
  • It’s grounded, not fluffy
No fluff. No buzzwords. Just meaningful tools that work even when life is moving fast.
  • It’s rhythm-based, not results-obsessed
Progress comes from showing up consistently, not chasing perfection. The structure helps you stay grounded even when things get intense.
  • It’s designed for the modern professional
Whether you’re leading a team, building your career, or managing multiple roles, this meets you where you are....

REAL RESULTS FROM REAL PROFESSIONALS...

What changed when calm became consistent even in fast-paced, high-pressure roles. These shifts helped them regain focus, clarity, and control when it mattered most.
I’d absolutely recommend the Calm in the Chaos programme to any professional feeling stretched thin.

Whether it’s stress, pressure, or just a sense that you’ve lost your rhythm, this programme helps you find your way back.

What stood out to me about the Calm in the Chaos Programme was how structured and simple it was — and how effective that simplicity turned out to be. I’ve tried a lot of things before: podcasts, YouTube videos, even CBT sessions. But this was the first time I actually stuck with something from start to finish. And it worked.

At the time, I was juggling a lot, a demanding job with a four-hour daily commute, trying to launch an online business, adjusting to married life in a much larger family, and also processing a recent loss. Life was chaotic. But this programme helped me reset. It gave me a calm, steady place to return to each morning.

Each day, I found myself looking forward to the morning wisdom lesson. That sense of rhythm made a big difference. It felt like I was building something, step by step, day by day, instead of just reacting to everything around me.

The Daily Directives helped me stop overthinking and actually focus. I felt calmer and more centred. I even let go of habits that weren’t serving me, like drinking. It wasn’t something I planned, but once I started feeling clearer, I didn’t want to lose that clarity. I became more aware of how my choices were affecting my body and overall wellbeing.

Professionally, I’ve seen a real shift. I’m less reactive, more composed, and I handle pressure better. I’ve always had a good relationship with my team, but this made me more aware of how I communicate and how I show up in conversations — both at work and at home. I’ve noticed that I take things less personally now, and I have more patience — not just with others, but with myself.

Personally, this course gave me permission to stop doing things that no longer served me, whether that’s habits, environments, or even certain social circles. I’ve started making decisions based on what feels purposeful — not just what’s expected.

The evening routine was the hardest part for me, mostly due to how long my days were. But even then, I found that making it non-negotiable — even for five or ten minutes — made a difference. That breathing space before bed changed how I slept and how I felt the next day.

This isn’t just another mindfulness app or motivation video. It’s structured, clear, and designed for people who are busy but still want to grow. It gave me clarity, focus, and a sense of stability during a really demanding time in my life.

I’d absolutely recommend the Calm in the Chaos Programme to any professional who’s feeling stretched thin. Whether it’s stress, overwhelm, pressure or just feeling like you’ve lost your rhythm, this programme helps you find your way back.
The programme supported my overall wellbeing, and I’ve been more productive with work and other tasks.

I’ve worked in stressful environments with tight deadlines before, so I can definitely see how this would benefit other professionals.

The Calm in the Chaos Programme supported my overall wellbeing, and I’ve been more productive with work and other tasks.

I’ve worked in stressful environments with tight deadlines before, so I can definitely see how this would benefit other professionals in similar situations.

It helped me become more mindful of my mood, thoughts, and actions throughout the day. I was better able to regulate how I showed up, which helped me feel more grounded during busy periods.

I’ve also become more mindful of how I interact with others. It helped me communicate more clearly — especially when things felt tense or unclear.

The programme was relatively easy to implement throughout the day. I found that doing the evening activities just before going to sleep worked best for me, as it helped me wind down and go to bed with a calmer mind. It made it easier to let go of the day and reset for the next.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01 How much does it cost and are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden costs. Your one-time payment of £397, or three monthly payments of £147, gives you lifetime access to the full programme including any future updates.
02 Can I access the programme on any device?
Yes. You can log in from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, making it easy to learn and practise anywhere — at home, on the move, or during a break at work.
03 What if I can’t commit to every single day?
Life gets busy, and we understand that. While consistency is key to seeing the best results and the programme has been crafted with busy professionals in mind, you can always pick up where you left off, revisit missed lessons and catch up on your journey to inner calm.
04 Is this programme suitable for beginners in mindfulness?
Absolutely. The Calm in the Chaos programme is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Our structured approach makes mindfulness accessible and practical for everyone.
05 How much time will it take each day?
Most people spend 20–25 minutes in the morning, mindful moments during the day applying the daily directive, and 20–25 minutes in the evening.

It’s designed to fit into a busy schedule without feeling like another obligation.
06 How is this different from an app?
Apps offer techniques. This programme gives you a complete system — a structured rhythm, a clear framework (The 8 States to Innercalm), and real-world tools designed for high-pressure environments.
07 What results can I expect?
Everyone’s experience is different, but many professionals notice real changes within days.

Past participants have reported feeling calmer in high-pressure situations, more productive at work, and better able to focus through busy days.

Some have found it easier to switch off after work, sleep more restfully, and approach challenges with a clearer, steadier mindset.
