Anonymous Team Performance & Experience Assessments

Protecting participant confidentiality is a core principle of Innercalm.

Weekly Feedback Exercises and Team Performance & Experience Assessments are designed to be completed anonymously.

Innercalm does not collect participant names, email addresses, job titles, or personal identifiers through Weekly Feedback Exercises or Team Performance & Experience Assessments.

Assessment and feedback responses may be linked only to an organisation or team code where required to enable aggregated reporting.
